Two days ago my satellite stopped working, both receivers are unable to get a signal. We've called bell and troubleshooted with them for 1 hour to no success and now they are saying they need to send a technician and they are going to charge us $75. We didn't do anything? The TV was working fine until one night boom, no signal on both. We tried to unplug, we tried taking out the card and putting it back in, we tried everything we can think of but our dish just won't get a signal.. how can we fix this without having a technician come by? I refuse to pay for a fee when I did nothing wrong. I rent the damn machine, I pay a monthly fee. If it doesn't work how is that our fault you know. Help please!!!
