Bell or Telus as a cell phone provider (iPhone 4/5)?

I'm moving to Ontario, so I have to switch cell phone providers (from Sasktel). I have an iPhone 4 (and will be getting the iPhone 5). I don't know anything about either of these companies, since in Saskatchewan Sasktel is the major one.

The plan I have right now has:

Unlimited texting, unlimited e-mail, unlimited internet, voicemail to text, caller ID, 300 minutes (which I never use) and probably more that I can't think of. So a similar plan is a must.
Unless you a complete moron, you'd realize that I'm getting the iPhone 5 WHEN IT COMES OUT.
 
First of all, what iPhone 5? There is no iPhone 5 that has been formally announced. Don't expect one until at least 2012.

Second, I'd go with Telus, because that is who I am with. Never had a problem with them and they gave me a really good deal on an early upgrade to the iPhone 4.
