Bending to pick up stuff while pregnant?

I know it is hard to do so in later stages of pregnancy but in early stages does it harm your baby if you bend over to pick up stuff instead of squat? cause I find myself doing it without knowing?

It’s not your baby that can get hurt. It’s YOU. You’re more prone to injury while pregnant because your body releases a chemical that helps your pelvis expand. It just also has the downside of making all of your joints and muscles extra loose.

If you don't hurt yourself, there's no need to worry.

im 9 months and i always catch myself bending over instead of squatting, its mainly yourself that you have to be careful about in some situations if something is to heavy you can really hurt your back.
