Best cellphone for internet use?

I currently have Unicel (now AT&T) for my mobile carrier. I am looking to upgrade my cheapie phone into a more expensive one with better internet quality. I mostly use my phone for calls and INT use, no texting and very little camera use. Any ideas which one would be best?

I vote iPhone. I love the internet capabilities. The least expensive plan is $30 data and $40 talk (450 rollover minutes).
