I am 16 and about to get my first car. My parents and I have agreed that a small, affordable crossover SUV is the best car, as long as its within the price range. My interests include snowboarding, the beach and road-trips in general, so I would prefer one with good trunk space, roof racks and enough room for my bro's. However, mpg is a considerable factor. Does anyone have any advice? (I have been looking at Subaru forester/outback, mitsubishi outlander, ford escape, etc)
