Best DVD copying program?

What is the best program (free or not) that will allow me to put in a DVD, then take it out then put a blank DVD and copy the DVD I had just put in. It has to include the menus and should be in perfect quality.

Also, my PS3 always plays bootleg DVDs with very very poor quality, I'm not sure why. It plays regular DVDs perfectly. I need a program that will trick the PS3 into thinking my bootleg is the real deal.
