I'm from TX and was planning to go to FIDM to major in fashion design after i graduate in 2 months but i keep hearing that it's a rip off. and i understand that to be a fashion designer you basically just need to know people in the industry and what not. i am a good sewer but can definitely learn more. i think i might just stay in town to do my basics but would want to move to los angeles after but does anyone know of a fashion college in LA that can really prepare me to be a real fashion designer and isn't ridiculously pricey?
