best place to move for easy and fast travel into london with children?

I have four children two that are teenagers and want to move out of london. Has to have good schools and a good range of activities but it also has to be very multicultural.
I also need to have easy travel in an out of london as i have close family in london
please help.
 
Harrow. Good schools, on the underground network, lots of culture and history.
