Best ps3 First Person Shooter that's not Call of Duty?

I've been getting tired of Modern Warfare 2. It's the same thing in every match. I feel like I'm just playing for me and i hate that. I wanna feel like I'm part of a team and playing for something bigger than myself. Something a little more tactical. I just recently bought Battlefield BC 2 and while its a great game, it still doesn't give me the feeling of an epic battle. That's why I'm leaning towards getting MAG. All those players and objectives and it seems like it'll be epic and I'll feel like I'm a part of something big.

But what do you guys think? Is there any FPS like that? I would like your opinions on MAG and maybe any other games you have played that were really good.

Fall out 3, and since you said besides mw2, then i think bad company is the next best, and theres avp, not neccesary shooter, but 1st person, does include some shooting in it
