Best USB Flash Driver For car audio?

i Want to buy a 16gb flash driver for my car stereo i have a pioneer DEH-P2400UB I NEED A GOOD DRIVER AND A GOOD BRAND ALSO THE COST ME LESS THE 30 DOLLARS ON EBAY PLEASE GIVE ME A LIST OF IT THE MODEL AND THE BRAND THANKS ALL....
ALSO IF YOU GET IT BLACK OR BLUE TO HAVE THE COMBINATION OF THE RADIO

i use transcend and they have the new usb3 for a decent price, jsut not on ebay.

the quality of he usb has little to do with the quality of the audio, i hope you know.
has more to do w/ read/write cycles.
the rip quality has more to do wiht t he audio qulaity and 16gb could hold about 90-100 albums at 192kbps.

the link doens't say if it's 1,2 or 3 usb, but i think based on the 4-pin it's at best 2.
