Best Verizon basic phone that doesnt require a data plan?

I dont want a data plan and dont want to pay for one. Anyways, Im looking into phones on Ebay and wondering what phones people are happy with that dont require data. I would like a full qwerty keyboard (slider or flip open is fine). Any suggestions?
 
go for the samsung brightside. its a great messaging phone with a touch screen and slider. i have one and have had no problems with it at all.
