best ways to combine a perfect pullup/push up and gym workout into a good routine?

i just bought the perfect pull-up and i already had the perfect pushup. I also have a gym membership. I'm in really good shape and i have good strength, but until now i've played soccer all my life and want to get some size. I'm interested in the navy SEALs and if pull-ups and pushups work for them thats good enough for me.

All the research i've done for my body type (somewhat ectomorph) points to functional strength and compound movements are best for gaining size and strength. but i don't want to stop going to the gym and just doing push ups/pull ups and bench. any one use perfect pull-ups/pushups and workout at the gym as well? looking for good routines to combine all 3. thanks
