best weight loss solution for a 20 yr old guy?

hello im 6'1 and around 250 lbs but alot of the weight is muscle mass im wondering how i could best lose maybe 20-30lbs or so of body fat without losing strength or muscle mass just body fat like is there any certain diet best for this or any certain exercises best for it my target area is the torso area and i already do alot of weight training which hasnt helped in this area
