Depends on the condition of the bike. If it's in nice condition, it's ok. Not a bad bike for light riding....
 
I'm planning to buy a bike so I can ride it around a hilly college campus. Someone is selling it for <$130 so I was wondering if that's a good price for this bike:

It's just for light riding, mostly commuting.
