So i just got a new bike the other day I started riding my bike around the block 10 times in a row it takes about 5 minutes to go all the way around and then when im done that I skip for about 15-20 Min's or longer depending how hard I push myself...eating half of what i normally would for dinner lots of water and veggie snacks or low calorie blueberry muffins ( only half a muffin to snack on 2 times a day equaling 1 muffin a day ... iw ill usually eat one of those half's for breakfast or have 2 egg whites and one yolk. now if i continue to do this everyday how fast do you think i will see noticeable results and is this good enough to lose a decent amount of weight? i also do use weights to tone and crunches 3 times a week i have been doing this for a week now i am 5'9 about 190ish lbs what do u think the chances of losing about 50 lbs by juneish are? if i do thiss everyday

It doesn't seem like you really need to cut back on eating. Trying to make your body burn off body fat by reducing food intake doesn't work well in the long run. Eating well and making sure you're eating good foods will improve your metabolism, making your goal much more feasible and it will be easier to maintain the right habits.

Personally, I'd also stay away from foods that replace natural ingredients with lower calorie chemical additives. The body has a harder time dealing with artificial ingredients. They are lower calorie because they don't break down as easily and aren't as substantial, so they don't effectively carry or help your body absorb the good things in food. The ingredients these chemicals replace break down and carry a lot of nutrition, so it can be absorbed by your body. That may mean more calories, but your metabolism will deal with that as it improves. Don't be frustrated and think it isn't working if you gain a little at first!

Lots of water is good! And your routine sounds pretty good. Daily yoga or stretching exercises before your rides would help, I think. They tone your body and help your endurance, again this is so that good habits will be easier to maintain.

Good luck!
