I bought a bike in Bangalore in 2004. In 2005 I moved to Calcutta so I got a NOC for Calcutta from Bangalore RTO. My bike has been lying in Calcutta ever since as I was outside the country for some time. Now I have moved to Hyderabad and want to get my bike on the road. However, I am not sure what is the process of registration, do I need an NOC from Calcutta now (but it was not registered in Calcutta) or an NOC from Bangalore ?
