Birds Nest in my dryer vent?

Clothes werent getting dry so we pulled back the dryer and there is a nest there. 6 or 7 eggs - no mama. We had to move the nest to our patio, but Im affraid the eggs wont survive. I am waiting to hear back from a bird rescue - but was wondering if anyone here had any idea's on whereI should go from here.

If you got no idea how old the eggs are! Than they might not survive, well just keep them worm for few weeks, and if nothing came out they are dead for sure!
