Birthday/Romantic Vacation idea?

Alright, I need help coming up with an idea. I do not have a lot of money to spend, say 150-200 as the max range. My fiances birthday is coming up and I want to get him out of the house and spend some quality one on one time with him.
I thought of renting a cabin for the weekend, but the weekend right before his birthday he is going on his annual fishing trip with the guys. Camping two weekends in a row doesnt seem like a good idea.
Does anyone have any ideas?
 
Save it for the honeymoon after you get married.

Do something fun - or what you thought was fun when you were younger - like going to the zoo, amusement park, find a drive in movie, etc.
