BitTorrent blocked by Windows OneCare Firewall?

Hello

I think my Windows LiveOneCare firwarll is blocking BitTorrent downloads.

I didn't have this problem before, but suddenly I get this message

[2009-10-30 15:43:35] IPv6 is installed
[2009-10-30 15:43:35] Error opening Windows firewall: 0x80070005 Access is denied.


Can anyone help with solving this problem.
I've tried downloading at two wifi spots, but no luck. Though it worked fine before.

I'm using Vista and updated Onecare Antivirus and Firewall.
