BitTorrent - Blue down arrows?

It's not downloading.. and one of the torrents is at 99.8% XD

I've read it means it's being blocked by a firewall.. how can take it down? My dad installed AVG software stuff on the computer.. I'm guessing that's what is stopping it? Please help!
 
if you've only just installed AVG, then the problem might be the internal firewall in AVG, in which case you should try to disable it from AVG settings.

Otherwise the problem might be the availability - check that the availability of the torrent file is greater than 1. If it has an availability of 0.998, that means that there isn't a single copy of the file on the internet, and you will have to go to the tracker website (eg. thepiratebay or mininova) and try to find an alternative torrent of the same file or program and hope for better luck!
