I had what was called a "black and bleu" burger in Savannah Georgia at a place called Molly McPhersons and it was soooo goood. I can't seem to find a GOOD recipe for a black and bleu burger. It shouldn't be too complicated, but most recipes call for bleu cheese dressing rather than actual bleu cheese. Also, I'm not too familiar with this particular kind of cheese so I'm unsure what are good and what are bad brands. anyone?
