BlackBerry Bold camera not working ! help !?

the app opens perfectly and everything but when i press the button to take the picture it wont take it and then it kind of freezes and won't let me press the button anymore and the picture that i tried to take wont show up. ( basically it won't take pictures), kind of confusing.

p.s i already checked, the memory card is not full.
