i bought the phone unlocked from Ebay, so it came with OS 4.6. i decided to upgrade to OS 5. I have Tmobile, as well as the Blackberry internet service. I downloaded blackberry desktop manager 6, and it prompted me to install OS 5. However, here is the problem: The software downloads. It runs perfectly fine for a day or two, and then BAM the phone just starts rebooting itself constantly out of nowhere! Then I have to redo the entire process all over again! how do i get the software downloaded to my phone without it rebooting after like 2 days? thanks!
