Blackberry Internet Service or Blackberry Enterprise Server?

I'm trying to remove the IT Policy from my blackberry and i dont understand how to do this, *Ensure the Blackberry Desktop Manager is installed using Blackberry Internet Service, and not Blackberry Enterprise Server* .. what does this mean? do i need to install the blackberry internet service through the phone or computer ?? where's the download ?? PLEASE HELP!

I suggest the one without the media manager, because Roxio isn't very good. If you need to sync your berry, just use windows media player. Blackberry internet service is just that. BES is thru your work, an intranet.
