I bought a BB Storm off Ebay last week, numerous times i have tried to use the phone to no avail. Firstly the touch screen will highlight icons but will not allow me to access the icon; For example if i want to send a message i have tapped the screen for me to get on to it, it will highlight the message icon but will go no further.
Therefore i can't reboot the phone or battery pull or anything. I've been on to the person who sold me the phone and they said it was in perfect working order when they sold me it. I showed this phone to a friend who also has the same phone and after taking one look at the battery (Which has a red line through the sticker) she said there had been water damage to the phone. Buyer still insists that no damage has been done to the phone.
Can anyone help me just to try get this phone working please? It also came with no disc so im not sure how else to go about trying to reboot the phone to factory settings.
