BlackBerry Storm 9530 3g is not working??? what should i do?

i have a verizon BB storm 1 unlocked and i am trying to use the 3g on it but i cant i tried mostly everything but nothing happened i was told that it would work but it is not working on the 3g network.. so please help me with this problem or i will have to sell the phone (which i kind of dont want to :( )
 
If you dont have Verizon (which I'm guessing you dont, since the phone is unlocked), you cannot have data services with an unlocked phone. You would need to find someone who knows how to re-program the phone to match your carrier's settings for their network, in order to get data and internet service
