BlackBerry10 OS vs iPhone iOS vs Android OS vs Windows?

I was recently doing some research on the BlackBerry 10 OS (QNX) and found out some amazing things about it. QNX to me literally runs the world (from cars, missiles, space shuttles, light systems, windmills, social networks, etc) and with BlackBerry brings a whole new experience of mobile computing (which allows Internet thetering) making the phone your own personal tablet. What I want to know is how does iOS, Android OS and Android OS all compete with BlackBerry10 OS (QNX). (http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=dY1ecfWT3GQ) (http://t.crackberry.com/qnx).

Androids also have tethering if you have the right phone. The Samsung Galaxy phones have it by default for example.

Basically the blackberry if good as it encrypts emails, the iPhone is very basic with lots of apple restrictions and the android can do pretty much everything excepts encrypt by default but you can probably get an app to do it.

They all have their good and bad features. Which one is best depends on what you need your phone to be able to do and if you can live with all the apple restrictions.
