Bleach Fans Captain and Vice Captain Poll?

Who do you think is strongest in order and Why?
I only did current captains but you can include former captains as well.

My List is

1. Genryusai Shigekuni Yamamoto
Because he is the strongest character we've seen so far.

2. Retsu Unohana
I think she is implied to be extremely strong though we really don't know.

3/4. Shunsui Kyouraku and Jushiro Ukitake
I think that they are equal though it is a possibility that because of Ukitakes illness he is weaker.

5/6. Byakuya and Soifon
I think that they are equal becuase soifon can counter his shikai and bankai with her speed and they are both very proficient with they're abilites.

7. Toshiro Hitsugaya
I think he is strong and young and is still growing.

8. Kenpachi Zaraki
I think he is strong but can't counter the other captains abilities and attacks.

9.Sajin Komamura
I think he is strong but not as strong as the other captains.

10. Mayuri Kurotsuchi
I think he is weak, but i think his inteligence is so great that he can beat Soifon, Byakuya, Kenpachi, Toshiro, and Komamura.
 
Agreed with Genryusai, no one else in soul society (not counting the previous Commanders who are residing with the Soul King) has as much battle experience or power. Aizen I assume would come a close #2.Jushiro and Kyoraku are #3&4, though Ukitake's illness impedes him a bit. Byakuya can be #5, but Soifon is much too reliant on close combat and speed, and her Bankai is ill-fitting and somewhat impeding her abilities to be anywhere close. Kenpachi is #6 due to having enough power to defeat two Espada (with a little help) with a unco-operative Shikai (The only others who have done this are Rukia and Kyoraku). #7 and 8 can be Yoruichi or Urahara, as both are quite proficient in their forms of combat and are their abilities are quite high level. #9 would be Mayuri due to overpreparedness, nearly inescapable Bankai and the ability to turn into goo. #10 would be Retsu, as she is said to be quite powerful, though it has not been revealed why.
 
I agree with your list upto 5/6.
Beyond that my ranking would be
7)Kenpachi-He has that ability to grow in terms of power with his oppponent(that is his power depends on how good his opponent is).
8)Kurotsuchi-I think he has enough devices and skills to beat the other two captains.
9)Hitsugaya
10)Komamura
