All vents working except bathroom. Nothing coming out. Sounds like water running above the vent. Went up to attic and the duct section over this vent looks like has a hole in it. AC guy coming. Is this a big job?

Should not be a big job.
He won't use duct tape because it will dry out and come loose. The tech will use mastic or foil tape. Have him check the other runs of duct, too, and look at the evaporator for dirt and the outdoor unit for grass and dirt in the fins. Should be done once a year.

It must be a pretty good size hole to disallow any air to come out of the bath vent. You've already received pretty good answers already as to what to do. I would suspect that the HVAC tech will either place duct tape over the hole or replace the section of duct that's leaking.
Either way repair tech's are not too cheap, maybe you can call them off & repair this yourself with duct tape over the hole, or duck tape as it's called in the consumer area. If you do go this route make sure you clean the area well, alcohol wipes work pretty well. You may save yourself a lot of money, & if this doesn't do it you can still have them come out.

Good luck.

If you know where the hole is stick some strong tape over it like duct or gaffer tape

He will apply a patch, usually taped into place. Not a big job unless the crawl space is very restricted.
