blue-ray player 300hz?

So I got a new plasma tv and it has 300hz and I bought a blue-ray player that can only handle 60hz and I was wondering if there was a better blue-ray player for my tv?
 
For that, no.

The 300hz in the TV is internal. External sources are always 60Hz (maybe 120Hz for 3D).
