Bluetooth and boostmobile incognito??10 points?

So everytime i try to send a picture from tmobile samsung phone to my boostmobile sanyo incognito over bluetooth i recieve the photo but when i open it it tells me UNSUPPORTED MEDIA ..what do that mean?? How can i change that??
