Bluetooth connection to blackberry failed?

it says "connection to HS-700 failed" I have a blackberry torch. I tried to find new device and listen to device and nothing, I turned off encryption nothing, I let it be discoverable nothing.

Please help, it worked before then after it went dead and i charged it up nothing.
