Bluetooth driver on windows 7 ?help?

Hi all i want to configure my samsung corby plus phone to my laptop via a bluetooth but when my laptop had gone for servicing the guy had vanished lenovo easy camera and similarly bluetooth drivers.

Now when i got to control panel and click on hardware and sounds there is no option of bluetooth devices .

Now please let me know step by step what to do next ??
