My internal integrated bluetooth receiver that came with my Alienware M15x is no longer working. I no longer see the little bluetooth icon in the notification area of Windows 7 (the blue and red when it's turned off and the blue and white when it's turned on). Also, I cannot find it in Control Panel nor Device Manager.
I'm trying to connect my bluetooth mouse which has worked before with this same computer and it no longer is being recognized.
"Bluetooth receiver" is enabled in the BIOS. I have already updated to the latest BIOS. I have already downloaded and tried two different bluetooth driver/software installers with no avail.
Please help.
