bluetooth usb problem?

I'm having trouble installing a little usb bluetooth to my computer
it automatically installs itself as something else and when i put the instillation disk in, it doesnt recognize the bluetooth device
what can i do to fix this?

try n find the the bluetooth usb driver on the internet, using its model number, name and details.
then simply install it and the pc should reconize the bluetooth.
