BMW 318is Not in Canadian Red Book?

Can anyone tell me if the BMW 318is Is in the Canadian Red Book?

If it is, Can somone tell me the price, if it's not what do I do?
Sorry, It's a 1998 The mileage I don't really know, It has like 120,000KM
If the 1998 318is is not in the Canadian Red Book, how am I supposed to get the wholesail value?
I'm buying a 1998 318is BMW off a friend for 100$ but I was told that to transfer registration I haft to pay the whole sale value of the Canadian Red Book, but I can't seem to find the 1998 318IS IN there, so do I pay tax on the 100$?
 
what year is it? mileage?
Canadian Black Book only goes back 10 years, when I googled the 318i they were all older then 10 years, they may have stopped making that model back then.

Yes you would pay tax on the $100
if in doubt, call your local ministry of transportation.
