BMW 750Li vs Mercedes Benz S550?

The BMW is the 2011 model, has been driven for 200 kilometers, original price 140000, now selling for 110000, has Rear seat entertainment, while the Mercedes is 140000, new, and is custom fit with options according to our selection. Which one should we choose? We have a 1998 W140 S320, and we like (Biased) the S Class better, but we like the 750Li's price and the rear seat.
 
I would choose the BMW because the Mercedes is just too "business style". I'll admit, it's a great car but it doesn't have as many features or as much power as the BMW. The BMW has a 4.4L, twin-turbo V8 which produces 401 HP and 440 lb/ft torque, while the Mercedes has a 5.5L V8 (no turbo), 383 HP and 391 lb/ft torque. That means a bigger engine but less power, so it's just extra weight. Here are some websites for more information:
