well you could call a bike shop or go to your local shop. First you need to tell them what cranks you have or show them. If you don't have a local shop then i'm sure you could just go to a hardware store and find a bolt that fits. That would be a lot cheaper also. By the way, cranks are connected to a spindle not an axle.
