I have a boa snake, i've had him for a few months, and I would feed him live rats.
one time i tried feeding him a degu, but the degu bit my snake.
Now, im trying to feed him a live mouse but my snake hisses and tries to get away from the rat.
what is wrong with him? is he traumatized or something from the degu event?
My snake is getting thin and I don't want it to die.
He won't eat frozen mice either.
Please help.
