The Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS), an autonomous division of the American Pharmacists Association, whose purpose is to recognize pharmacy specialties and certify pharmacists' knowledge and skills at the advanced practice level, has named William M. Ellis RPh, MS as its new Executive Director. This follows the announcement earlier this year that Richard J. Bertin, PhD, RPh, the current Executive Director, would retire at the end of this year.
