i had my number switched over from Verizon a month ago, frequently but not every time, people that try to call me say that it says please hold while the subscriber you are trying to reach is located. It will say this twice then go to my voice mail, even though i have service and can receive texts I have called boost mobile 5 times and reported this problem but they say that everything checked out fine with my service i wonder if its just the phone, any suggestions? already tried both of the reset options.
