Boot Camp Workout Routine?

well if you mean army boot camp I can say from experience that the P.T we did in the mornings mostly consisted of pushups and running. If you want to make it as authentic as possible wake up at 5:00 go for a 5-7km run do some pushups untill you think you can't do any more. than some sit ups then repeat minus the run. alot of the workout came from starvation sleep deprivation and just the physically exhausting 20hour days.
