my partner bought a car on Monday from private for £550. Now only 4 days later he notices the water had been leaking, took to garage and has been told its the headgasket and will cost £425 to repair. we seen it advertised on ebay but contacted the number on the description and bought cash rather than through ebay. Do we have any rights to contact the seller on this
