I am 16 yo.I do Boxing and Judo i do boxing 3x a week and judo 2x a week. What would be a good game plan against someone that does MMA? (I cant afford MMA i just do boxing and judo for free)
I have been practing judo throws while in the muay thai clinch and if he leg kicks me just hit him with a right hand. Also try to stay close so i dont get kicked to often.I have never been kicked in the leg before.
I am worried about getting kicked in the head maybe i should stay close.

technically your already doing MMA. MMA merely implies your mixing martial arts together. Judo and Boxing are disciplines in MMA. So you are doing it.

That combination is an excellent base for mma and for self-defense.

Watch the double-leg takedown. Judo doesn't emphasize it, and most judoka are vulnerable to takedowns from wrestlers for that reason.

You should also practice takedowns and grappling without a gi, so that you don't become dependent on it.

If you are only 16 you have plenty of time to fill in any gaps that those two styles would leave.
