Bringing up Disney cruise to parents?

OK, so I am dying to go on a Disney cruise this year as my yearly family vacation, and I know that my parents are willing (if I ask) and able to go on this.
The problem is I don't know how to bring it up to them (my mum primarily, shes like the boss of the house). Any ideas on this??....also, I have looked into the costs and everything already, I just want to know how to tell her that me and my sister want to go on this cruise.

Im 14 Btw, and basically my family didn't have a vacation last year. My parents will give me practically anything if I ask <---- (Please don't judge, I know I'm spoilt. But, I only ask if I have justified and rethink things many times before asking)
 
When someone in the house says something like, "What are we doing for vacation?" that's when you say that you have an idea. If that never comes up then you yourself ask what your doing for vacation. Another way is to say something like, "You know, I've always wanted to go on a Disney Cruise" and hopefully they'll say "Oh maybe we can do that this vacation." If all else fails, then jusk ask if you guys can go for vacation.
