Broken end of an input jack is stuck in my iTouch little deep, how do I get it out?

I tried needle nose and different sorts of tweezers, and all Best Buy said was I could get a new one which I don't want to do being that I have had it for only a month. Any suggestion???
I have to pay $50 (which I guess isn't so bad but money is money and don't wanna go through the hassle of recover everything)
