brother 210c printer only printing in black?

at first i tought it was the ink cartriges so i bought brand new color cardtridges


but when i go to the print preview page it previews the picture in black and white and sure enough if i print it out it only comes out in black and white

i went into setting and put color

i played with the printer and did a ink check and it prints out the chart

but i cant print the damb picture i want

please someone help
