Brother and his wife had first child

My brother and his wife just had their first child which is really sick right now and they work constantly and unfortunately they cannot take any time off work, so they need someone to look after there baby. They asked me if I could do it, but I have school and what not, so I looked online and came across doula services Toronto where they come into your home and take care of the baby until you guys are ready.

I was just wondering if anyone has heard of these services before and where is the best place to go?
