My tennis coach was out of town this past weekend and because we have some tourneys coming up she wanted us to keep in shape rather than taking the day off because the rain. She told her husband to meet us out there and make us do suicides. As I said it rained the whole night previous and the courts were covered in puddles and water. I wear the correct shoes for tennis but while doing the suicides I constantly slipped and banged up my knees really badly. They look like massive, purple/black swollen plums lolzz but they hurt really badly when I walk or sleep. I soaked them in hot water and stretched despite the pain and then i soaked them in cold water a while later. They're still really swollen and purple and I was wondering if there are any home remedies that I could try to get back to normal before the tourneys. Any help is appreciated. Please dont say see a doctor because I already have medical problems because of those good ole family genes and i really dont want them to remind me.
