I work for a company lets call them X. they employ 2 teams working on 2 different bucket trucks. Both are f550's with hydrolic bucket attached to the back.. Both these trucks have passed all safety testing as well including tip and others. My question is is it legal to have the bucket in a lowered position with a person in it and move the truck forward to the next pole. The move is 5-15 feet and the speed of the truck is barely 5km/h. Just want to be sure if this is illegal or not. if you say yes please quote or let me know where to find the rule so i can show company X.
